1936 FORD CUSTOM


This model is buildt out of  Monograms 1936 Ford 3-window coupe. The roof was wacked of, and a new windshieldframe was made from scratch. The carson styled top was shortened and modified from the convertible included in AMTs 1950 Ford Convertible kit. Grille is a modified unit included in AMTs 37 Chevy. The fenderskirts where scratchbuildt  and the DeSoto bumpers is a resin cast from
The Modelhaus .
  Headlights are frenched 39 Chevys. Engine is a flatty from AMTs 1949 Mercury kit, with three Strombergs, a beehive filter and some wiring. The paint is Citroen "Chassie Nacre metalic"
The chassie has been modified to get the car down. Wheelshubs are 1953 Studebakers with a centerbullet.
