Reign of Terror
A superb story by Mike W. Barr, and lushly illustrated by Josè Luis Garcia. We are in the middle of The French Revolution. Batmans gadgets are great and Two face, Hervè Deinte, is the upper class villain. Batman also gets some help from his sidekick Robin, but not the Robin we know.
